Current bus times in RideTime app no longer available July 1
As of Sunday, July 1, 2018, DART bus info will no longer be available in the RideTime app. DART riders using the RideTime app for next bus times will need to transition to the MyDART app or use DART’s text message or phone service for next bus times.
The MyDART app has similar functionality of the RideTime app plus additional tools for trip planning and mobile ticketing. For a similar feature to RideTime, navigate to the trip planner from the app’s main menu. Open the map within the trip planner to view a map of DART bus stops with arrival and departure times. Text or Call
Each bus stop is assigned a unique, 3- or 4- digit bus stop number, which can be found on the bus stop pole or in the MyDART Next DART Bus tool.
- Text DART and the bus stop number (Example DART1234) to 515515. A text message will be sent in return with the estimated arrival at a bus stop, based on real-time bus location.
- Call 515-283-8100 and select Option 1. Make sure to have the 3- or 4- digit bus stop number ready and listen for the estimated arrival times at a bus stop, based on real-time bus location.
