Starting on May 3, 2021, the MyDART app will implement stronger privacy and security measures by requiring customers to enter their CVV code when purchasing mobile passes using a debit/credit card payment option. The CVV code will have to be typed in each time you purchase a mobile pass. This safety measure has been put in place to protect MyDART app users against fraudulent activity.
An order cannot be processed without the CVV code. The CVV code can be typically found on the back side of your debit/credit card, depending on the card provider.
Please note that this change does not apply to Google and Apple Pay transactions. These payment methods have built in security features that prevent fraudulent use.
