DART is upgrading its finance software systems this week and has learned it will impact the EZPay system RideShare riders use for paying monthly fares.
There will be no EZPay services available (and subsequently no landing page available for ezpay.ridedart.com) from Wednesday, Feb. 20 through Sunday, Feb. 24. This timing allows for time after the outage to submit March fare payments via EZPay if not already completed. January payments will be due by 5 p.m. on Feb. 28.
Please take extra note if you have scheduled payments or a payment plan in EZPay set to occur during this time. Those payments will not go through and alternative payments will need to be made before or after the outage.
