DART and the American Bus Benchmarking Group (ABBG) are surveying Paratransit riders throughout the month of June. This feedback will show how DART riders feel about DART's services when compared to other transit agencies across the nation.
Is it easy to schedule your trip? Is DART staff helpful when you interact with them? Does the service run on time? These are just some of the questions riders will help answer to give DART staff a baseline of how our service stacks up against that of other transit agencies in the United States.
Surveys will be distributed to riders on board DART Paratransit buses in June 2021, or can be taken online by clicking here. As a thank you for completing the survey, riders will be entered to win a DART prize pack including DART branded materials and FREE Paratransit tokens.
