DART riders from East Des Moines and Pleasant Hill are invited to apply for an opening on DART’s Transit Riders Advisory Committee (TRAC). Applications are being accepted now through Friday, March 17, 2017.
The Des Moines Area Regional Transit Authority (DART) recently upgraded 25 percent of its fleet with 27 new buses. The new buses have replaced older buses in DART’s fleet, some of which were up to 15-years-old.

Effective: Saturday, January 21st until roadway opens. Due to Crane use on 7th Street. DART buses will be required to detour until roadway reopens.

DART will donate three retired RideShare vans to nonprofit organizations, community groups or government agencies within DART’s service area this fall. Applications are due November 30. The van donation program is an annual process that DART began in 2014.
