Inbound during fireworks 9pm-10:30pm: E Grand (W), Right (N) on Pennsylvania Ave, Left onto I-235, Exit 8A to 3rd St (S), Right (W) on Grand back to route.
Outbound during fireworks 9pm-10:30pm: 2nd Ave (N), Right (E) onto I-235 Exit 8B to E 6th, Right (S) on E 6th, Left (E) on E Grand back to route.
