Due to the ongoing spread of COVID-19 in Polk County, DART will require anyone who enters the lobby at DART Central Station to wear a mask beginning Monday, July 27.

While the lobby is currently not fully open to the public, DART riders can currently go into the lobby, a few people at a time, to 

  • use the restroom, and
  • speak with a customer service representative at the DART Customer Service window.

Riders are strongly encouraged to wear a mask when they are waiting for a bus outside DART Central Station or at at bus stop, and when riding the bus. Masks are available for riders on DART buses, or riders can request a bandana face covering from security at DART Central Station before entering the lobby.
