New Customer Service Hours start Monday, Nov. 13.

To better serve our customers, DART Customer Service hours will change effective November 13th, 2023.

The new service hours for both phone calls and the window at DART Central Station will be:  


7 a.m. to 6 p.m.


8 a.m. to 4 p.m. 

This change allows DART to have more representatives available during peak travel times, so customers can get the help they need more quickly and easily. 

To reduce wait times, riders who are contacting Customer Service to check on the arrival of their next bus should first:  

  • Use the MyDART Next Bus Tool by clicking here.
  • Click here to learn how to download and use the My DART app to get real-time bus arrival information.  
  • Receive the next bus times via text by texting DART and the bus stop number (Example: DART0000) to 515515. 

If you would like to purchase a bus pass outside of these new business hours, this can be done through the MyDART app or you may find a list of Pass Sales Outlets by clicking here.
