D-Line service will not be extended to Des Moines Symphony’s Yankee Doodle Pops Concert or the 80/35 Music Festival in 2024.
In past years, DART has provided a shuttle-style service from parts of downtown Des Moines to both concert events to help ease traffic. Due to road closures around the State Capitol building where Yankee Doodle Pops is hosted and a change in location of 80/35 to Water Works Park, we are unable to provide service to either event this year.
Extended D-Line service hours to the Downtown Farmers' Market is available and DART Park & Ride services to the Iowa State Fair are planned for later this summer. We hope you'll have the opportunity to ride DART for these events.
