Starting Jan. 2, 2018, DART riders will have access to free Wi-Fi on all DART routes.

Three area non-profit organizations received retired RideShare vans through DART’s van donation program. The recipients are Latinas/Latinos Al Éxito, Eyerly Ball Community Mental Health Services and Helping Our Veterans with Everyday Living (HOVEL).

The Transit Future Work Group is managed by the Greater Des Moines Partnership and made up of business and community leaders.

There will be no DART bus service on Thursday, Nov. 23, 2017 for the Thanksgiving Day holiday.

Veterans ride free Friday, Nov. 10 and Saturday, Nov. 11 when they show their service-connected ID.

DART's 19 member governments officially sat their new representatives on the DART Board of Commissioners at their first meeting at noon on Tuesday, Oct. 3, 2017. Outgoing commissioners were recognized prior to the meeting.
