Beginning Saturday, August 27, the D-Line will run on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The service is being added to give businesses, residents and visitors even more options for navigating Des Moines.
DART will continue to drop off and pick up all passengers at Bus Stop #2747 – Valley West Mall, on mall property near the food court entrance, through June 4, 2016. Beginning June 5, DART passengers will instead be picked up at a new stop on 31st Street. Valley West Mall will construct sidewalk access from the stop to the J.C. Penney’s Entrance on mall property, and DART will construct a shelter for passengers at the stop.

Effective Sunday, May 1, 2016, the Valley West Mall bus stop #2747 for Routes 3, 52, and Flex Routes 72 & 74 is moving to stops on Westown Parkway, south of the mall. Buses will pick up and drop off at sidewalks on either side of Westown Parkway.
The St. Patrick's Day parade is this Saturday, March 17 at noon. Park your car downtown and take a free shuttle to the parade route. Buses run approx. every 10-15 minutes. Click the link above for route maps.
